I think I stated this but will again, if you think a low carb omega3s product is questionable for any reason, you are probably correct! Leave it alone! The pasta claims to have "coated" it with something that keeps your body from absorbing the carbs. And even if proven, can be omega3s ruined by simply overcooking the pasta and thus removing the coating without ever knowing it. I have little faith in those things and can hear the doubt in people voices when they mention these products. That's proof for me they are suspect! Go with you own feelings!
