I have tried this degree but have noticed that there is a certain amount of unpleasant degree CRASHING or withdrawal symptoms that occur the day after you ingest some CAFFEINE products like coffee, chocolate, etc. I would like to consume some CAFFEINE but not daily, I'm not sure of a good way to go about it without feeling the Withdrawal symptoms. Any thoughts on this? A: Barb Troy - You are so right about the withdrawal symptoms of decreasing caffeine intake, Peter. Very unpleasant! Some people are degree much more sensitive to changes in caffeine too. All I can say is go slow and do the withdrawal gradually to avoid symptoms. This may mean trying 1/2 servings of a caffeine product (not zero products) as you wean down.
