Related Coverage Editorial: Public health school belongs here Editorial: Pilot project shows how school could help Napoles and the immigrant Latino population he works with illustrate why Milwaukee is the right place to begin a school of public health attached to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Simply, the need is greatest here. The pilot project Napoles works with is called Healthy Latino Families. But the simple title belies the science and sophisticated planning behind it by faculty members at UWM, working in conjunction with the staff at the United Community Center and the Sixteenth Street Community Health Center.
