My sister 145lb, lifted weights, wrestled and kickboxed, i did none of that, She had no ability to control me, and i had no training and didn’t lift weights… of course now i have weightlifted ocweekly and know some MMA. These womens self defence classes are a joke, a gun is the best martial art. Though men have ocweekly better mathematical thinking, and can shoot better because of it.
