I kept being run through the same wordpress 1.5 "if this is correct, press 1" menu instead of being sent to the menu I needed. After almost 2 minutes of this I'm ready to toss the phone out the window. Finally I screamed "I want to talk to a fucking person!!!" wordpress 1.5 Lo and behold the phone was picked up after maybe 3 seconds. Five minutes later, I had a paid gas bill.
