I would argue that the only context in boards which a mother could “wind up” (love that use of the passive, boards by the way) having sex with her son is this kind of context. Your correspondent probably has never had a long-term relationship because he already has a long-term relationship—with his mother. That is something he damn well needs to address with her, and she damn well needs to apologize for it.
