I've heard this content is really part of the game sex from wife - you need a cheat device to see it. If this is sex from wife the case, then the content isn't really part of the game, is it? Because the "Hot Coffee" content was what's known in programming as "orphaned content" - it should have been removed from the game, but was sex from wife simply disconnected from the game. As you note, it isn't part of the game and nobody's son or daughter will ever see it unless they go online and perform some hacking tricks. It's not easy. The other reason I was against the change is that the content itself isn't as offensive as it was made out to be and the ESRB rating, M-Mature, already covers Sexual Content. The game says that it has Sexual Content and I don't understand the big deal that someone found what amounts to "more sexual content" in the game.
